Thank you for your patience. To optimize our shipping times, some in-stock models may take up to 5 business days to be dispatched.

Made-to-order products in the LABS category require a specialized process, and manufacturing can take between 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

How long does it take to receive a made-to-order product?
  • For in-stock models, shipping is processed within 1 to 3 business days, ensuring you receive the quality and durability we’re known for—without unnecessary delays.
  • For made-to-order products in the LABS category, manufacturing takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the design's complexity. Each pair is crafted with dedication—because authenticity isn’t rushed.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

How does the warranty work?

At UMBERTO ˣ LUCE, we stand behind our craftsmanship with warranties designed to give you complete confidence in every step.

  • RIDER+ and EVERYDAY+ → Covered by the RIDE+ Worry- Warranty (R+ W-), which offers lifetime protection against manufacturing defects.
  • RIDER and EVERYDAY → Include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

What does the warranty cover?

If your footwear has manufacturing defects, we’ve got you covered. This includes:

  • Sole detachment or breakage due to production flaws.
  • Stitching defects that affect durability.
  • Component failures, such as eyelets or pull tabs.
  • Material imperfections originating from the production process.

How do I claim my warranty?

  • Inspect your product: Make sure the issue falls under warranty coverage.
  • Gather the details: Order number, photos of the defect, and product information.
  • Contact us: Submit your claim through our contact form.
  • Evaluation: Our team will verify if the issue is a manufacturing defect.
  • Resolution: If approved, we will repair or replace your product.

Important:

  • Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications.

How do I request a size exchange or return?

f your footwear doesn’t fit or you want to make a return, UMBERTO ˣ LUCE offers free size exchanges and returns.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to make a request. Contact us HERE with your order number for assistance.

Can I customize my footwear?

Yes! We offer customization options, including initials or special details. Some personalizations may have an additional cost, and certain modifications may affect our return policy.

INVOICING

How do I request an invoice?

For Mexican customers only, UMBERTO ˣ LUCE provides official electronic invoices (CFDI) for purchases made within the same calendar month.

Invoice requests must be submitted within the same month of purchase, as we cannot issue invoices retroactively.

To request an invoice, please send the following details to facturacion@umbertoluce.com:

  • RFC (Mexican Tax ID)
  • Company Name (Razón Social)
  • Tax Use (Uso Fiscal)
  • Tax Regime (Régimen Fiscal)
  • Order Number
