General Conditions

All products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date you received your package. Please note that items labeled OUTLET, LAST PAIRS, or purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Footwear must be returned unused, in brand-new condition, with all original accessories (such as boxes and shoelaces). We cannot process exchanges or returns if these conditions are not met.

Size Exchange

If you require a different size and meet the general conditions above, please contact us immediately to reserve your size. You are eligible for one free size exchange via standard postal service within Mexico, the United States, and Canada.

If you prefer faster delivery through express courier, you will only need to cover the additional shipping costs. For other countries, all shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.

If your size isn't available but the model is still in production, we'll custom-make your size, although it may require additional time.

Manufacturing Defects

We offer different warranty periods depending on the footwear line you purchase:

  • RIDER and EVERYDAY: 1-year warranty.
  • RIDER+ and EVERYDAY+: Lifetime warranty (WORRY-RIDE+).

These warranties cover issues such as sole detachment or stitching defects. They do not cover misuse, accidents, or external modifications.

Return Process

  1. Request your return: Submit your request here. We’ll respond with instructions within 24 business hours.
  2. Secure packing: Please use trackable shipping and keep your shipping receipt. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless there’s a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  3. Responsibility in transit: The returned goods are your responsibility from the moment you receive them until they reach our warehouse. We cannot process your refund if the package is lost or damaged during transit.

For returns and exchanges from Mexico, the U.S., or Canada, we offer free shipping via standard postal service.

If you prefer express shipping, you can select it and cover the additional costs.

For returns and exchanges from countries other than Mexico, the U.S., or Canada, customers must cover all shipping costs, including initial shipping and return. Free shipping is not available in these cases.
