Terms and conditions

By visiting the site or buying from Umberto Luce you accept these terms, together with the linked policies on exchanges, returns, warranties and privacy.

1. Use of the site

The site umbertoluce.com is operated by Umberto Luce. By using it you declare that you have the legal capacity to buy, or that you have authorisation from a responsible adult.

You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, fraud, abuse, technical interference, unauthorised resale or activities that affect the running of the store.

2. Products, prices and availability

Products, prices, promotions, stock and descriptions may change without notice. We make every effort to show clear information, but there can be differences in colour, availability or detail depending on your screen, the production batch or a catalogue update.

We may limit or cancel orders where there is a pricing error, lack of stock, risk of fraud, incomplete information or signs of an unauthorised purchase.

3. Orders, payments and invoicing

To complete a purchase you must provide correct contact, billing, shipping and payment information. If we find incomplete or inconsistent details, we may ask for confirmation before processing.

For customers in Mexico, a CFDI invoice must be requested within the same calendar month as the purchase, atfacturación@umbertoluce.comwith your RFC, legal name, tax regime and CFDI use. Once the invoice is issued we cannot amend it if the information was sent incorrectly.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the courier, customs, an incorrect address, peak season or circumstances beyond our control. Providing a complete and correct address is the customer's responsibility.

Where a shipment is returned because of incorrect details, nobody available to receive it or refusal of the package, we may ask you to pay for a new shipment to send it again.

5. Exchanges, returns and warranties

Exchanges, returns and refunds are governed by our exchanges and returns policy. Warranties are governed by the product warranties page.

RIDER and EVERYDAY: 12 months against manufacturing defects.
RIDER+ and EVERYDAY+: 24 months against manufacturing defects for purchases made from 1 January 2026.
OUTLET, last pairs and clearance: no exchanges, returns or warranty, except where the law requires otherwise.

6. Propiedad intelectual

Trade marks, photographs, text, designs, product names, graphics and site content belong to Umberto Luce or their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify or exploit content from the site without written authorisation.

7. Limitation of liability

The site and its services are offered as available. We do not guarantee operation without interruptions, errors or delays. To the extent permitted by law, Umberto Luce will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of income or consequences arising from use of the site or of products purchased.
