Comfort insole
If it feels too big, do not force it.
The comfort insole corrects internal space when the footwear feels roomy, without changing the size or distorting your stride. First see how it goes in; then confirm whether you actually need it.
Video primero.
It is easier to understand the fitting by watching it than by reading a long list. The insole should go in flat, with no folds and without crowding the toe.
Decisión
When yes. When no.
The insole does not fix the wrong size. It helps when the length is right but the foot has extra room at the instep, the heel or in internal volume.
Your length is right, but the foot moves slightly or the heel lifts as you walk.
Your toes hit the front, you feel strong pressure at the sides, or you need more length.
If you are torn between a size and the insole, send us a photo, the model and the size. We will give you a straight answer.
Uso
How to fit it without losing the fit.
It should feel firm, not tight. If your foot ends up forced after fitting it, that insole is not solving the right problem.
Take out the original insole.
Check the inside is clean and free of folds. Any wrinkle will be felt as you walk.
Place the comfort insole.
It should go in flat and aligned to the heel. Do not push it until the toe distorts.
Put the original insole back.
The original insole goes on top. The comfort one works underneath to take up volume.
Walk and confirm.
Take a few steps. The heel should feel better held without your toes hitting the front.
Fit test
It should feel firm, not punished.
The comfort insole corrects space. If it swaps the problem for pressure or pain, the size, model or foot type needs reviewing.
The heel stops lifting and the foot stays stable as you walk.
There is control without tingling, pressure on the toenails or discomfort at the sides.
If your toes hit the front, you do not need an insole: you need to adjust the size.
If the instep ends up too tight, take it out and ask before using it on the road.
Do the test with the socks you normally ride or walk in.
If one foot is roomier than the other, you can use the insole only where it is needed.
Leather can give with wear, but the insole should not be compensating for pain from the start.
Can it correct half a size?
It can take up volume, but it should not hide a size that is too short.
Should I use it if it hurts?
No. If there is pain, check the size, model or foot type before using it.
Does it move as you walk?
It should not. If it moves, the placement or the overall fit needs checking.
