The material stays flexible in normal use and responds when it takes an impact. The protection is built into the footwear; it does not replace any additional gear your route requires.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You can request an exchange or return within the first 30 days of receiving your package. The footwear must be new, unworn and keep its box, laces and original accessories.
In Mexico, the United States and Canada you get one size exchange at no cost by standard postal service. OUTLET products, last pairs and clearance items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
If your size is out of stock but the model is still current, we can make it specially; this can take up to 21 days.

RIDER+ Y EVERYDAY+:24 months against manufacturing defects for purchases made from 1 January 2026.
RIDER Y EVERYDAY:12 months against manufacturing defects.
Cover includes faults attributable to materials, stitching, assembly or sole separation. It does not cover normal wear, accidents, misuse, modifications or third-party repairs. OUTLET products, last pairs and clearance items carry no warranty, except where the law requires otherwise.
